Gerard Jasperse is a designer from the Netherlands based in Taiwan, where he teaches in the field of Multimedia and Animation and continues to expand his own creative practice. A graduate of the Design Academy Eindhoven, Gerard has developed a passion for character design, concept art, and worldbuilding, crafting imaginative stories and universes that invite people to step inside.

His work combines the clean, thoughtful approach of his Dutch design roots with the vibrant influences of life in Asia. The result is a way of working that balances structure with play, discipline with curiosity, and design with storytelling.

Through both teaching and making, he continues to investigate the intersections between design, narrative, and imagination.
